Got off work at 1130. Wht2kmax gives me a call. I head down to Franny Lew. I race yo it ok and lose??? He has an automatic. I have stick. Im not a bad shifter. My starts on the other hand.... We call it a night. Im on the LIE goin east. A 94-98 mustang Gt flies by me. I dont let people fly by me. Needless to say i gave chase. Flew by him and we raced for a little while. Dodgin, weavin, the whole nine yards. Im going about 120 and theres a big truck in the way. I go around him but theres a turn so after I pass him I cut back. My tires let go!!!! Im fishtailing at 120 miles per hour on the L.I.E. I finally got in control and then proceeded to **** my pants. J/K. I thought it was the end!

P.S. Yo its ok has a tendency to jump lights a little early. AKA-before they turn green.

Instead of accusing "yo" i think you might wanna freshin up on the 5 speed skillz a little.

Hey my shifting is fast as hell! But i will admit my starts need some serious work.

 

A little powershifting does wonders!!

 

120 mph must be like floating. Never been that fast. Only on a track will I ever attempt. Life threatening to me and others. Please be careful, hopefully the fishtail will discourage you from doing this. Is it really a race if there is no finish. The only racing I do is from stop lights and I usually stop before 85.

 

yo its ok: I noticed that you race quite often, judging from you posts. You seem to be quite successful. I just want to ask how you launch your auto? Any tips you can give to another auto guy?
