does your hazard light button light up

Just wondering if anyone's hazard light switch is illuminated either when the lights are on or off. I have a 95 and was just wondering. I bought my car used and was wondering if it ever lit up

Mine blew and I replaced it myself. Be careful opening everything up as there are a lot of plastic retaining clips. Radio Shack part # 272-1092C -(#7219 12V Micro Lamps)

The bulb burns out kind of quickly. If you want, you can replace it yourself, but I find it easier to buy the whole switch instead. The part is inexpensive. It just saves the time disassembling the old switch and running into the possibility of any complications.

hmmm

well my guess was right, it does light up, but I think I'm going to ignore fixing the light or switch since it only gives an extra 5 hp
how much did it cost to change the switch??

The switch itself is only about $20.00-$30.00 from Nissan. It takes less than 5 minutes to change.
