Needed some help before I proceed... I was thinking of searching junk yards to find leather seats for my 98 Max. I would like to have them (atleast driver's side) power if that's not a hard thing to change, and also was wondering if there would be any problems or issues I should be aware of. How much should I pay for my seats, and what can I do with my current (excellent condition) seats?

I dont't know about where you live but I went to the junkyards by shea stadium and they were asking for $800 for black leather. Maybe they were just trying to rip me off. I just got some rims instead. I think greg from custommaxima is selling black leather seats for under $400. Check the for sale forum.
