You mean a Haynes manual? No.

Yes, I bought it last week. It covers to 2001.
Ok, here's my stupidity, or lack of any short-term memory...
I can't remember if it's Chiltons, or Haynes, and I can't remember if I bought it at Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts.
It was $14.99

I'll take a look at it when I get home.

Chiltons also makes manuals. I actually prefer them to the Haynes. What I really want is the Nissan Service Manual. But it is too expensive.

I've been looking for either a Haynes or Chiltons... but haven't found either in stores. Might have to look online.

Haynes Nissan Maxima Automotive Repair Manual: 1993 Thru 2001 (Hayne's Automotive Repair Manual)

This is the book, but I am VERY wary to buy a repair manual that spans 3 generations of Maxima. I'd prefer something specific to 5th gen... But here's the link

I hear you Neal...I want something specific to the 5th Gen also.

I haven't found anything online at all Kev...heck, I can't even find a Chiltons website so I can call them or something.

Isn't it odd that the 5th Gens have been out for almost 3 years now and there isn't a Chiltons for it? The car isn't that complex and God knows there are enough of the 5th Gens around

Wow, 3 gens? Hmmmmm..... hope it's a thick manual because I don't see many similarities between the VG30DE vs. VQ30DE-K.

Yeah, almost 3 years and nothing. Maybe they don't like us.

The Haynes manual is pretty good, whereever possible they seem to make a distinction between the various engines and other differences over that time period.

I would much rather have this book than nothing at all. It has all the capacities and specifications specific by year.
