I 've been searching for the prices of a popcharger. I looked on the org and many posts, and so far the cheapest price I've seen is from Greg @ custommaxima for 115+12 shipping. I was wondering if anyone have seen it for less anywhere?? thanx

 

I GOT MY K&N FROM A LOCAL SHOP IE: AUTOZONE OR CHECKER AND IT WAS 40 BUCKS WITH THE ADAPTER IT WAS 50 TOTAL.

 

is that the actual cone filter or the drop in filter???

and yes u can wash/resuse the filter but u might have to drill holes in it for the bolts many nissan adapters are that way

 

This is what I did:
$25 cone filter shipped to my door from e-bay.
$20 adapter shipped from summitracing.com
$1 nuts from Home Depot
Total= $46 and I LOVE it.

 

got mine for $100.80 shipped from avalon racing. by the way its the newer style JWT pop.

for the guys who use cone /adapter: theres no velocity stack right?

 

That is correct...
JWT and "Stealin" both have velocity stacks &
I would reccomend them over any generic cone filter...

 

This is the velocity stack that only comes with a Stillen or JWT;

Veloctiy Stack


If your homemade ones had that, then you would have the JWT and Stillen beat.
