anybody interested to trade my 2k2 taillights for the se smoked tails? i bought my car last week and they are in perfect condition. let me know

 

I can see why you want to trade...those 2k2's are too rice for several of us. What you may want to do is get in touch with Dave Burnette 512-225-7424 and see what a set of non 2k2 tails would cost you. That way you will have the 2k2's when/if you want to trade the car in down the road. Just reinstall and go.

 

Would the 2k2's fit on a 2k and vice-versa? I have the smoked variety but want to change to the new style.

 

Yes, they are interchangeable. I think there has been some discussion about the sealant or something around the housing...you might want to search. Other than that, people make it sound like a swap and go.

 

Just buy the black sealant goop from Nissan to seal the tail up properly. Dont skimp get the right stuff. Youll be sorry otherwise. Both individuals will need to get it (if you are trading).
