I don't know, but you have two fuse boxes to choose from. One is under the hood. One is under the dash by the hood popper. They are both labeled.

Ooh, I have an idea. Look at the diagram in your manual. And if that doesn't work, yank each fuse, look at it, determine if it is blown. If it is blown, replace it. If not, put it back.

This might seem like a long process, but it will be a hell of a lot faster than waiting for car enthusiasts to give you a straight answer on which FREAKING FUSE to change.

I had the same thing happen to me when I "touched" something while changing the dome light. I believe I used a test light and found one of the fuses in the interior fues block (not the underhood fuses) to be blown. I don't remember which one, but I know my key fob quit working. I think it was the dome light fuse itself but at the time I was puzzled how the whole issue got started and was ****ed, so I don't remember what fuse it was.

It is possible that it is a fuse that is not directly related to the light. Most of the time when something happens to a part of the car, the manufacturer will make something obvious happen. You will need to check every fuse to make sure it is not a blown fuse.

Keyless, interior lights, security not working

thank you guys, thank you Maxima.org. I just got back from a sterio installation place, they relocated/reinstalled my amp, when I get home, Keyless doesn't work, interior light doesn't work, security doesn't work. I called them back and they were like "we can't get it back in here until Monday" I was pissed, they screwed up my Max's security system doing an amp install? This is not right. I searched the thread and found that the dome light fuse will cause all of these issues, I checked it and it was blown-I guess the dude didn't take off the batter leads before doing the install, thanks a** h***. I replaced the fuse and it's working fine now-thanks to Maxima.org I won't have to go medieval on their asses.
