I was lurking around on APEXi's web site and found a few cool gadgets..

What are your thoughts about the following two products:

1) DIGITAL SUPER AFC
2) REV/SPEED METER

I have a 98 GXE with the speed limiter that kicks in at 110MPH....will any of these help me out? Is there a total engine management system for the max that I could look into?

 

The Rev/Speed meter will get rid of your speed limiter... as far as a total engine management, you could go with a Haltech or maybe even the universal AEM, but it'll cost ya a pretty penny, plus all the time to tune it...

 

If you want to remove the speed limiter cheaply, do a search on here for removing the speed limiter. It basicly involves splicing a wire near the ECU and installing a switch. When you want to go over the 117 limit, turn the swith off. When done, turn it back on again. Its a $5 mod...
