My buddy just got a 2k2 Pathfinder and I told him he had to change the stock yellowish bulbs to PIAA's before I beat him. We went to AutoBarn cuz they carry plenty of PIAA bulbs at decent prices. I made him buy (lol) H4 Super Plasmas and H3 Super Plasmas cuz I know they are beautiful bulbs. We installed them and my god!!
I have Xtreme whites and the Plasmas blow them away. They are a beautiful purple. Mine are nice dont get me wrong, but the Plasmas are sick.
Is there a reason that PIAA doesnt make the 9004 bulbs in Super Plasma. I know the coating on the bulb is different, but why cant they apply that to the 9004? Just curious cuz Id love to have those bulbs.

I had the same question a couple of months ago so i e-mailed the guy at piaa and he told me that they will not make them b/c they won't last very long. Thats the main reason you won't see a Plasma 9004

 

I can't think of a reason that they wouldnt last very long. It's just a coating on the bulbs, and its not like the 9004s are higher wattage. Dammit, cant they just make them? Maybe I'll have them specially made just for me. LOL
