Which is better to use? Super-syn or Tri-syn?

And also, should I use a different type of filter then Nissian?
I was thinking of going with the Mobil1 filter.

i always use Nissan filterhere is why. The super-syn, if i remember correctly, is 2 bucks more than the tri-synthetic. i use the tri-synthetic. i haven't really read anything about the Super-syn here on the org,,unless i missed it

By the way.. what do you think would be a "good" price on a 2000 Max SE w/Comform & Convenience package (17" wheels, sunroof, etc..), 30K miles or less, no leather.. in the NJ area?

 

There really isn't a huge difference bewteen the two, they are both good oils. Just make sure to use a 5W-30 or a 10W-30.

P.S. Amsoil's better than either of them
