r/c car technology in superchargers?

for those of you that are familiar with nitro powered rc cars.. do you think it's possible to make a device similar to the 2 speed transmissions on the rc cars? have a variable speed pulley??? not that i even have a blower yet, but i'm just curious.. would it be nice if we can have a 2" pulley and a 2.8" at the same time? just have a centrifugal clutch system in there that locks up the larger pulley as engine speed rises to prevent over boost..

I have an 1/8 HPI Proceed and a 1/10 Serpent Impulse w/2-speeds on both. Having a 2-speed on a Maxima would be damn near imopssible but a very interesting prospect. If you could get someone to make room in the SC bracket to hold 2 different pulleys, I would imagine this would only work on autos!! Sounds like a hell of alot of work... Interesting though!!

I have an HPI Super Nitro RS4 with over $2,000.00 worth of hop-up parts even has a boost bottle that makes it look like it has NOS. Now I spent 2,000.00 on a R/C Car just think what I will do to my car. Also I would have pics of the R/C Car put recently slammed it into a cement pillar bent the frame and upper brace. waiting for titainium pieces that's another $177.00.

I had taken mine to the police dept. to radar it to see how fast it goes. It was kinda stupid the officier asked for some cash but all worth it. My R/C car goes 87mph. He was kidding when he said now I have to give you a speeding ticket for going 87 in a 30.
