Soft/suttle neon/blacklight for interior- no rice

Soft/suttle neon/blacklight for interior- no rice
I have a black 97 and I thought dark neon illuminating the floor would look pretty cool.
The look/color a blacklight gives is what I'm thinking.
Has anyone tried a blacklight?
Real suttle.
Any thoughts?

on that note... I put up 2 blacklights above the B-pillar. The b-pillar is the middle pillar right? 
(just to be sure)
I put one on each side. Personaly I don't think it's rice. When turned on, it adds soft accent lighting to the car. You can't realy see it outside the car. Instead you only see what might be glowing. I do have a plasma light in back of my car. It's on usually at night. Not sure if that's rice. (glows red, green, blue) looks cool, and some friends say it's kinda my trademark. They know it's me when its on... hehe

Where did you get the blacklights?
not even joking...i saw black lights at walmart for cars for $9 if anyones looking for cheap deals. i've considered it but...need to save up for brakes and y pipe. who cares if someone calls it rice? if you like it and it isn't ridiculous(sp?), then go for it!

this is the plasma light
the blacklights and plasma lights i bought at walmart actually, like mentionned in the other post.
they arn't that big either. Just big enough to look pretty neat where the pillars are. I need to get pics taken of them.
