Clean Throttle Body only?

Clean Throttle Body only?
Hi all,
Is it OK to get just the throttle body cleaned and
not the fuel injectors at the same time?
I'm having idling problems on my '98 5sp. Sometimes
when it's put into neutral at a stop light, RPMs drop
to 400 before bouncing back to the normal 900 (with
AC). Putting STP Fuel System Cleaner didn't have much
effect on this behavior even tho I think it probably
cleaned out the injectors. Also, what would be a
decent price for Throttle Body cleaning, which
basically involves spraying its insides with a
solvent?
