just picked up a NX sponsorship..

I'll probably be asking a good amount of questions on how to wire up solenoids and how to wire up and install a purge it.

Thanks in advance.

Good Stuff. What type of kit did you get?

I asked this question in Apr last year

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....itrous+Express

and the only person that answered was Shadow who installed one on his girlfriend's Integra.

There are a lot of folks now using NX and its popularity seems to be rising.

Is your sponsorship from NX or from a Dealer and is it partial or full? They have different levels depending on the application.

Anyway good luck sure can't beat the quality and performance.

...largely due to you, Jime, for sure! BTW, have you dynoed yet? I wanna see how a NX wet system dyno compares to a NOS dry system dyno.

Congrats, bigsadler!

I am going to Dyno a couple of times for sure this year. Going to run C16 though on a separate fuel system, I just got a new pump and a 1 Gal fuel cell to mount under the hood. I want to do a dry run first on the dyno and then try a couple or 3 different shots to see how well it does.

Will keep you posted.

Re: Re: just picked up a NX sponsorship..

Full sponsorship.. as far as i know, they are sending 4 or 5 jets, a couple solenoids, purge kit, SS lines, nozzles, bottle opener, etc.

I already had 2 white NX bottles that are being dipped in chrome right now, so that was already taken care off.

Just to get it out of everyone's mind.. with my oil pressure issues and constant coolant problems i wont be running the nitrous until the engine is built to hold it (not anytime soon). But you better bet your sweet a$$es i'll be purgin a lot

Re: just picked up a NX sponsorship..

How did you get NX to sponsor you... I have been trying for weeks and have not gotten any response. Who did you talk to ????? I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Re: Re: just picked up a NX sponsorship..

They're not sponsoring too many cars these days since they got the whole F&F2 movie deal. After the first movie came out, they sponsored just about anyone who asked since NOS had the first movie. But since NX is in the second movie, they've cut back a lot. And they're really, really busy.

Brian was the one I dealt with a long time ago, but he doesn't answer the phone anymore practically. Nowadays, he has like 2 assistants who take care of it for him.

I think Jason had a hookup through a guy in his car club, they're pretty well connected. My girlfriend got hers by just going up to their booth at a show a while back.
