NOS remote bottle opener any good?

Anyone here have the NOS remote bottle opener? Does anyone know if its good or not?

also will the ZEX fuel pump booster kit work on our car? And would you need a fuel pressure regulator with that kit or it will only boost fuel when spraying?

I have the NOS brand remote bottle opener. It's basically a big solenoid that opens and closes with a flip of a switch. A few months ago, one of the seals tore, and the thing was leaking. NOS sent me a new seal (no cost to me!) and it took a minute to replace. That's the only problem I had with it.

Other than that, I have never noticed any leaking. I had weighed a partially-filled bottle, opened the valve on the bottle, closed the remote opener, let the thing sit in my trunk for two weeks, weighed it again, and it read the same weight. =)

NOS bottle opener is much cheaper than NX or ZEX since it's an older technology. I believe the NX one for close to $200.

I have the NX opener and I like it a lot. The added security is that different from the NOS opener, the NX model physically opens and closes the bottle valve.

Which could potentially be every weekend for you guys in SOCAL. In the DC area, we actually have a countdown to our first track day, which is scheduled for MARCH.
