Does any know where I can get a NOS refill in the North east NJ? I found a place but I was told you need a permit from the state of NJ to have NOS in your car and they will not refill without seeing the permit, even though I have Florida plates and license. I would even go into NY (Bronx, White Plains/Elmsford areas).

 

Your going to have to get the permit and its free, only takes a week to get

 

go to roadrunners perrformance in woodbridge on rt 35. no permit is needed. i have never been asked for one. englishtown does refills too. also mothers performance on 46.
