I'm thinking about getting my bottle powdercoated or polished. I do need to figure out how to take the valve off before they can do the work.
With polishing, that would work. For powdercoating, I don't think the valve can withstand that type of heat.

ahh, I forgot about the curing process. Maybe you could contact a company like Roberts Oxygen, or someone like that. Good luck, I'm sure it will look nice.
