can u interchange diff. brand parts for nitrous???

can u interchange diff. brand parts for nitrous???
liek if i have a zex kit... can i get a NX remote opener.... and a NOS purge valve? .... and so on?.. or are all the kits different such that all the parts would need to be the same brand??? thanks...

Yes and no.

Opener, Purge Valve, Gauge, bottle, lines no problem. I just wouldn't attempt to mix jets, solenoids or relays.

dont mix diff jets and nozzles... i run edelbrock solenoids with nx nozzle and jets and it is accurate...
