ZEX/NX/NOS Kits...

Have any of you guys dealt with any of these systems? Which one requires less tuning? I hear the NX Kits are the easiest to setup compared to the NOS kits because the NX kits come with presetup fuel jets. Anyone? Thanks guys!

Regardless of what most people think all nitrous kits are 100% tunnable. It doesn't matter if it is a wet or dry system, you have the ability to tune the set up for optimal performance. I don't understand why people think that nitrous systems do not need, or are not tunnable. Most people think that it's a no brainer & all you have to do is use the specific jetting for a specific amount of hp. If you read about nitrous & talk to people who understand it how it works, you will find out that like any performance mod the fundamentals lead back to air/fuel ratio's. A experienced tunner will fine tune his system to squeeze every BTU (energy) out of each drop of fuel while watching & listening for any sign of detonation. As far as what system to go with it's hard to say. Yes the ZEX system is good because it adjust using bottle pressure information. This allows it to constantly use just the right amount of additional fuel to the amount of nitrous being applied. NX system's contain probably the highest quality parts on the market so they also are super reliable. Another kit some people tend to forget about is a company car Compucar and they made a very high quality nitrous sytem that is also computer controlled. Picking a kit to install is up to you, obviously if you go with NX you will have tons of people on this website that can help you with any questions you might have since they are using the same brand...
