N20 activation question- fliping switches

I have my NX hooked up to only a WOT switch so whenever I floor it, it will spray. The thing is I dont want it to spray in 1st gear so my quesiton is that can I leave my arming toggle switched OFF (disarming the whole system) and after 1st gear can I flip it ON so it will spray the rest of the 1/4 mile?

Im assuming I can but just asking just in case.

Absolutely, or you can put another switch in series with the WOT switch so that both have to be on to activate.

I have a button on the left side of the steering wheel to activate, so no need to go looking for a switch when you want to turn it on, but there are many ways you could do it.

I have a button that I strap to my steering wheel, and a bright red switch in the fuse box area to arm it.
