Suggestion for my setup...
I'm planning to go with a 75 shot NX kit, however I currently have a JWT ECU w/ VI. I understand that I shouldn't have advance timing when I spray so here is my dilema: should I
Call up JWT and have them reprogram my ecu:
1. Lose the Advance timing and keep the redline
or
2. Get their daughter board/ Nitrous program (I think its more then just the $100 reprograming fee)
or
Buy a stock ecu from a junkyard and run nitrous with it?
Ultimately I would love to get a J&S but I don't have the money to throw around so what do you guys think?
Also to verify: I can go with a 190stangard fuel pump without having to get a FPR correct? What FPS should I be seeing when spraying with a 75 shot? would this make me run rich as a daily driver ?

If I were you I would buy a stock ECU and sell the JWT.
As far as the 190 pump, it didn't raise my fuel pressure but some have reported it did so you may want to spring for a FPR as well or just try it first. It certainly won't raise it as much as the 255 and a bit higher fuel pressure won't hurt anything.
Fuel pressure when spraying NX should be exactly the same as N/A 34 at idle and 43 at WOT. If you want to go the cheap route like be just get a mechanical 0-60 pressure gauge (approx $10) and install it under the hood for checking. You can also put a 2' length of flexible hose and stick it under the wipers so you can see from the cockpit for testing. You can check WOT fuel pressure by pulling off the vacuum line from the FPR.
J&S etc is overkill for a 75 shot. If you want to go higher get a wideband and go for the goodies.
