Major difference between Zex and NX wet kits

I remember reading something comparing NOS and Zex kits but I can't find that thread no more.

Pros and Cons on Zex and NX kits?

Zex is 1 unit, and a very easy install. NOS and NX has their own seperate solonoids for fuel and nitrous. It's a little more in depth of an install, but with directions and someone who can follow them it's not that bad. If you want something simple, choose ZEX. If you want something with seperate components so it would be a little easier to troubleshoot choose NOS or NX. When it comes to nitrous systems, people tend to be a little more brand specific. It's just what you like.

As far as operation or performance wise, I have no input except on the Zex kit. I have not had the luxury of trying others yet. I like mine, hasn't given me any issues except one time when it wouldn't spray, and I spent a weekend trying to find out why. Come to find out my TPS wire came undone.....duhhh. Anyways, I think it's a pretty nice wet kit.

I have had a few problems with ZEX. Mainly the NMU's. They would crap out on me with no warning and I actually blew a tibby motor that way in the shop. The NMU froze in the "on" position and when we came out of WOT the nitrous was still blowing. Pulled an immediate lean condition and boom. This particular problem was with the dry kits. I have never had a problem with the wet kit yet.

NX I have yet to have a problem with.

So far my Zex wet has been flawless, knock on wood. Easy to install and looks nice under the hood.
