What plug to spray 5th Gen

I have read that for spraying, to switch to a slightly cooler plug, and to use a copper plug with a smaller gap (allowing a more dense spark to ignite the gas)

So my question is, which copper plug do any of you use? I found these two NGKs, byt they are stock for the Max, and I read that yor are supposed to use a colder plug:

v-power

regular

And what should they be gapped to???
Oh I am putting in a VEX 75 shot dry, w/no exhaust mods, just an intake.

Yes it was, I got all the plug numbers I needed, but I do have one more question about the plugs;
If I put in a colder plug, what ways will this affect my daily driving? harder cold starts?

Too cold, and you'll foul the plugs = rough idle and hard starts.
On most imports 2 steps colder is fine with daily driving.
Just let the car heat up so they can "self clean" and don't drive like
a grandma 1mile a day. :P

Yeah I think I'm only gonna go the 1 step colder, and I drive about 80-100 miles a day to school, so I'll try to keep it as non-grandma as possible

Would the gap be the same for 1 step colder plugs as they are for 2 step colder plugs?

yeah.
Basicly the "colder" it is, the more heat it takes out of the cyl. It's not
that the actual spark is weaker or burns "colder".
I think it was up to 70 degress for every heat range according the NGK.

Nitrous will give you more Hp when spraying of course. Ecu will help always, but I think you don't want to do both because timing advance will cause problems with the nitrous. If you don't plan on going to the track much then go for the ecu. but if you want bragging right times in the 1/4 then get the spray. Other than that look around the forum's you can find damn near any info you want without horing up other peoples threads with questions like this.

Can u just take 1 step colder plugs and put them in and run nitrous? Or do you have to regap them? I just put mine in, but what is the purpose of them regaping? I have the Denso Iridum 1 step colder, and your not allowed to regap those because they say it can break because of the fine point..

With more fuel and air being cramed in the cyl.
spark is going to have alittle trouble jumping the gap and missfire.
Trying it out, if it missfires, gap it down alittle and do another run.
You won't have to gap a colder plug down any diffrent then you
would you'r stock plugs
You won't lose or gain any more power w/colder plugs.
A colder plug doesn't mean the spark is colder or weaker. :/

If you idle like crap or can't even turn the car on, you went
too cold and fouled the plugs.
I made 52hp and 76tq to the wheels with a dry
and had to gap my plugs to 25 from 28.

check out Jime's website: http://jime.homeip.net/
he has it all on there, I went with the copper plugs, the Iridium plugs apparently have too small of a surface area for good spark with nitrous, the copper plugs have a much bigger surface area for the spark.
