Consensus on best plugs

I know this has been talked about numerous times, at least "which plugs do I need" questions, but I wanted to get thoughts and opinions on your standard BKR6E/7E vs. plugs that are not that common in nitrous applications like iridium's or other plugs that might offer the best of both worlds as far as fuel economy, quality, ability to last, and be able to take 50+shots, etc.
