I'm helping a friend install a ZEX kit on his 04 alty with the 3.5 and in the instructions it says to tap a wire into the tpow wire or throttle posiiton output wire. I'm sure this is just the tps wire but what wire is that? Pics and comments would deffinately help.

Don't have hookup on mechanical work anymore but have huge deals on wheels and tires!

As for the Alty forum's, it's a vq35 that looks identical to my car under the hood. People here are much more knowlegable from my experience.

But with no replies on my question I may need to look other places.

It's done, thanks guys. I found out the only way to peak the voltage on a auto is to leave the key on and leave it in drive. The voltage wouldn't change when it was in park.
