It's the black one, and it's the latest version.
I bought it right after christmas from Best buy.
I've used it a total of 8 times.
I really have no use for it...
$240.00 shipped anywhere.
I'm almost positive I have the original box and everything, which will be included.
Also the ipod case, apple ear phones, connection cable, etc...
