Two 16'' rims, with tires. 4 lug

I have these 2 rims from a car that I had along time ago. I kept this, thinking I could get some money for it, if I found 2 more, but I cant, I dont even know what they are. Last time I filled them up, they went flat that same day (without being on a car). One of the tires still has some good tred on it, but the other is almost bald.
From what it looks like, they dont have the horrible disease called "curb rash", lol. There pretty clean, not any big, or noticable scratches.
On the tires it says 205/510R15. I never used the tires, and still dont. Because there 4 lug rims, with out center caps.
