Well the time has come for me to move on. I have spent a ton of money on this car and have receipts for it all. It needs a few things to be perfect but he cranks every time and the motor runs like a sewing machine. I am the 2nd owner. If you look at the following list closely you can see that all the high dollar maintenance items where already taken care like the rear subframe bushings and a new OEM ABS module. It has a dent on the left rocker panel from the previous owner and a dent on the right dog leg from an old lady who backed into me at a Publix. The car has it fair share of dings and rock chips and it has spent most of its life cruising the highway. Here is a list of things done and when. The car now has 133k and got it with 114k 2 1/2 years ago. Once I sell this I will be purchasing a 5.5 gen. I would'nt mind trading for 5.5 gen 6 speed. I can cash on my end if needed. Was looking for car with Leather-Gray or Black leather.

The car needs both rear regulators
I have the Regulators
Airbag light is on. It is due to a Bad Airbag module. I have another module just needs to be installed and coded.
Rear washer pump
Drivers Seat is clicking
Drivers Seat leather is worn out and leaning(common problem with E39's)
Center Support Bearing will need to be replaced.
I have the CSB-Guibo and Tranny Mounts. All are OEM parts. Not da cheap stuff.
Headliner drooping a bit on the Sunroof panel.

Car has Factory Nav,HIDs, Comfort seats,Rear shades and Sport package and sliding loading floor. Very Desirable options and car.
HID Fogs with 35 watt Ballast and 3K bulbs-No errors on OBC.

The passenger side door panel is broken or ripped. It was like this when I bought the car. Not sure what
happened.
