The Bad:
-The worst thing is the rockers are starting to go. Still fixable though.
-Front bumper has minor paint chips and spider cracks in the clear(from daily driving the car)
-Has a 3'' square mark dead center on the bumper(from a trailer hitch)
Other then all that, the cars solid. No rust in the typical spots. Has a fresh tune up. Just did an oil change and plugs yesterday. When I did the clutch about 4 months ago, I also did both front wheel bearings and tie rod ends. Recent front end alignment. Recently buffed. Heat works awesome. Runs strong. Perfectly reliable on 8lbs of boost all day. I'm sure I forgot some stuff. I'll just add as I remember.

AwwwWWw, I just sold my SR20 B13. God I loved that car. This one is about fifty times nicer though. The fun level of these cars just cannot be compared to most Maxima's.
Good luck with the sale. Say, you wouldn't want to trade for a 5.5 6-speed would you?

HP should be good for 300+, and the rockers it all depends on how **** you want to be. You could bondo them to patch it and then blend the paint. You could cut out the whole rocker, or the just the bad spots. then replace the panel(s). Then repaint
