13 second 1995 Golf GTI

looking to sell my VW Golf hatchback, bought it for my girlfriend as a street/track car but she didnt realize that track cars dont necessarily have creature comforts lol

1995 VW Golf GTI with an turbo engine swap from what i was told a 2005 VW Jetta, professionaly done by Westside VW performance Automotive in 2008. has the good 220hp engine and with the ECU tune Westside did its making approx. 250hp and the last owner ran 13 seconds at Castrol. i have a bummed left knee so i havent been able to run it myself. i was told the timing belt and waterpump were just done and that the 70,000kmish km are authentic, i was told the clutch was just done as well. it has a 3 inch straightpipe exhaust with a can muffler, 4 wheel disc brakes, HID headlights, the works

the good

-Professional turbo engine swap from a 2005 Jetta, 250hp
-currently registered and insured in Alberta with no issues
-pulls like a bloody bat out of hell
-flutter BOV and straight piped, sounds good
-good looking car, body is in good shape for the year
-been told new timing belt, water pump, and clutch
-newer GTI bumper installed
-Nardi steering wheel with removable Sparco hub
-AUX on radio works
-13 second 250hp car, swap in a bigger turbo and better tune and i have no doubts it will be a 11 or even 10 second car
-was told the second last owner drove it to Calgary multiple times with 0 issue

what needs doing

-rear seats/panels are stripped, was never given the pieces
-no blower motor/heater core lines were deleted by a previous owner
-ABS, traction control, etc lights are lit on the dash because from the swap, 1995 car never had the options from the donor car. affects nothing. tachometer, odometer, speedometer, and water temperature gauge all work correctly
-fuel gauge is a bit wonky, seems to read reverse. empty means full
-small coolant leak from under the radiator, looks like the rad itself. completely driveable as is, i just top off the surge tank every 2-3 days
-radio only picks up some Spanish channel, so unless you have your sombrero get the AUX ready
-one HID is finicky, have to turn the headlights on and off a few times for it to come on
-reverse lights dont work, havent had time to dig if its the switch or bulbs
-shes slammed, looks cool as hell but i'd be going coilovers or factory struts
-gas pedal needs to be better secured, completely fine as is and ive been driving it no issues
-no power steering, easy to drive though

all in all its a fast car thats fun as hell to drive and doesnt need much of anything to be daily driveable, few hours at pick n pull for a radiator/hoses is all it really needs. i have 4 vehicles and my girlfriend doesnt want to work on the thing so i just want to sell it. looking for $4200 or fair offers.
