Well I haven't posted up a sale in awhile. Recently we moved our business location and now I am finally ready to get up to the plate and produce more braces.

The special is for $295 shipped for any generation maxima. These will all be powder coated black and shipped via fed ex.

I have a batch that I will be taking to the powdercoaters on wednesday. So very soon a good sized shipment can go out.

well its been about 2 weeks now. i received an email with a tracking number on the 21st. expected delivery was supposed to be on the 25th. yet still i have nothing. all it says on the tracking page is package data transmitted to fedex. nothing about in transit or anything. am i missing something here (besides my package)>?

nope i am still waiting. i contacted fedex this morning and they said Truax never dropped off the braces, all they did was create the tag. I tried calling Sean today but he didn't answer.

i am still waiting on them. i haven't gotten any updates about the status of them in over 2 weeks. thats the frustrating part.

Just got off the phone with Sean. I order a set of SFC back on Black Friday. He said they will be shipped out this Tuesday and I should get them by the end of the month.

Yea, he stopped replying to my e-mails so luckily he picked up my call today. You might want to consider filing with your credit card company to get your money back. If I don't get them by the first week in Jan. I will be filing with paypal and my credit card company.

 

gotdamnit... as soon as i get the money for SFCs this crap happens! i'm upset... and anyway, i thought he wasnt supposed to charge your card until the package was shipped?

 

I paid him via Paypal and used my credit card, I'm not sure what his payment policy is or how others have paid him. I'm not too worried about it, i've filed with my credit card company before in situations where i didn't receive the product and they have always reimbursed me.

I'll keep you updated.

TMS website was redone a few weeks ago and he moved shop + with holidays I'll be a little more lax. The whole reason I went with TMS over WSP was because of the customer service,

 

yea tell me about it. i really just want my braces. i will give them a few more weeks to get everything straightened out and then i will file to get my money back as well and get braces from WSP.
