Black interior pictures

Anyone have any 5th Gens with black leather interior? I'd like to see some pictures if you have some.

I'm thinking about selling the tan interior in my black SE and getting all black leather interior. Not just the seats, I want to do the complete conversion.

Don't some of the 5.5s come with heated seats too?

Do any 5 gen maximas come with pillars that are already black? What about the dash, center console, door panels, carpet, ceiling, etc...

I'd much rather just find a donor car that is already black and just pull everything I need out of it.

burnurass, that looks so sick. Did it come that way stock or did you modify it? Also are the pillars/ceiling tan? They look a different color.

both cars are all stock. the headliner and pillars are light beige, that's the way it came. it's an all original 5.5 gen maxima interior.
I don't think any cars come with ALL BLACK interiors unless it's custom ordered that way with some higher line cars.

I need to get my interior under control. I take excellent care of my car but despite that the 01 leather is cracking on the side bolsters. Has anyone tried any seat covers from katzkin or some kind of re-upholstered interior. If so, what kind of price range did you pay.

Would love to see picture of that I hate the color of my pillars. Take pictures and possibly a thread on how to do it. That would be great.

Will 5.5 Gen interior fit in an 01? I need to find someone who's parting out an all black leather interior car or find one in a junkyard as a donor car.

^^ You should make sure it's UV resistant. Because that stuff fades very easily.

Times I wished I had a black interior. Then again, I do like the two-tone theme my frost interior has.

I actually got a sh**load from a friend for a very low cost. I have no idea where he bought it from, but have enough to do my headliner and the rear deck as well.

I've been using 3M Super 90 adhesive. Worked well on the pillars so far. Have the A & C pillars done, but the B pillars are a b***h!

Shortly after, will have the rear deck done, the headliner, visors, and hopefully... the steering wheel.

burnurass, gorgeous interiors and +1 on the V1, but I would recommend doing a visor mount (for best reach) and hardwiring into the 12V. Less chance of it getting stolen / broken into as well.

How much did everything cost like the glue and such, thinking about doing it myself.

The glue was IIRC $13 bucks a can at Home Depot. Avoid fabric shops or anything like that, they wanted to rip me off. All I've needed so far was a can of Super 90, a pack of blades (for best control, use the blade directly, no handles) and just something to cover the surface you're spraying. Grab a mask while you're at it cause the adhesive smells like crap.
