Thinking about putting black rims. Currently in the process of smoking out the taillights, should I do the headlights as well? And does anyone have any suggestions on rims or anything else that I could do? Thanks in advanced!

I always liked the look of bigger exhaust tips on the back of this gen. Maybe a catback with some cool mufflers for some sound and looks if you've got the cash to spare.

If you're going for the all-black look, I'd also black out the chrome trim that spans from the front to the back on the roof, and the grill trim.

I like black rims with a red lip. The red, or whatever color, breaks up the black. I have a black mesh grill that at one time had a red border around the sides and the bottom, like the VW golfs.

A stealth looking Maxima will look cool for sure, but blacking out your headlights might be illegal in your area.

I decided not to do the headlights. But I did smoke out the taillights.

Thanks. I plan on painting all the chrome pieces this weekend.
