35% tint vs 18% tint

Does anyone have pics of their max (silver) with the above percentages of tint?

Live in Cali so anything above 70% in the front is illegal.

Thinking 18% in the back and 35% upfront but am worried that will look bad. For the cleanest look should I keep it one percentage all around?

One percentage all around always looks cleaner IMO.

I have 20% on all windows except the front windshield. It looks great. I have a silver max with black leather interior. You can still see inside while in direct sunlight but at night you can't see a thing.

The legal limit in NC is 33% visible.
The factory glass has about 10% tint, so I added a 40% film to get right at the limit.

Thanks for posting this. Very helpful. I'm going to go for 35% all around as yours looks great

Have the same, with an eyebrow. Email me tomorrow if you need a pic.

My 370 came with pretty dark windows - I assume 5%. I like it, but can see where it would be an issue on a daily driver

I have 20% on mine and parallel parking at night is a hassle. I have to roll down the windows, even with street lights.

35% all around is the way to go IMO. Visibility at night is still decent too.

Bro on my 01 I had 5% limo couldn't see crap especially when I left philly and the street lights. My eyes eventually adjust and now I can see out of it with no issues. On my silver 13 though I went with 20% and was thinking I should have did 15% guess not haha

Went with 35% Carbon tints all around (no windshield) Here's a pic from when it was just installed. I could've gone a little darker but not another 15% so Im happy with this.

Really appreciate all of the pics. They helped me make the right decision.

Anything darker than 20 is asking for trouble. I do 30-35%
