Iacv port?

Did the egr delete. Put everything back together now the IAC V has an open port at the top and I can't remember what it was it's the one right above The skinny vacuum line that goes to the intake box. Does anyone know what it is the book isnt tellin me anything. And if it was from egr do i plug it. And anything else from the egr delete need plugging or vacuum redirecting or something.

You need to install 5/16" vacuum hose to that port on the intake manifold. It leads down to vacuum gallery B under the TB. It then splits off and feeds the FPR and MAP valve.

Item 2 in this diagram

When I replaced the FPR earlier this year I replaced all those old vacuum hoses with new 5/16" vacuum hose.

On a 95 Fed spec, that nipple behind the throttle body would go to an evap canister located on the fire wall (below and left of brake booster). The 95 Fed spec was the only 4th gen to have that setup.

Well im pretty sure it was to the egr valve bc my car didnt have evap just egr. It stalls out with that nipple open so i put a screw in it for now n it stays running. Was just curious if i had to reroute it or something else bc now the car has an odd noise like a very faint tap or put put noise coming from around cylinders 1 n 3. I also did water pump plugs and valve covers along with egr delete n now that noise is there. Idk if its like a light misfire or the oil just thinned out im gonna do an oil change with some motor honey n hope it works its way out.

Motor honey only makes sense if it burns oil at the rate od a quart or more per tank full.

If you don't burn oil rapidly, do not do this.
