car revs high under light acceleration then returns to normal
Car is an 01 gxe auto. Less than 50k miles. No check engine light. The car will rev to between 2500 and 4k rpm under light acceleration from a dead stop and will return to normal operation at about 30mph. Other issues, somtimes the turn signal will stay on at double speed after a lane change. It is not a burnt out bulb. Also sometimes the radio will switch to fm. to am on its own.

I'm officially jelly.
Need a more detailed explanation, sounds normal for an auto to me.
I'd try changing the bulb anyway, cheap and easy. Is it always the same direction that does that? Maybe a dying relay/loose bulb.
You car may in fact be possessed.

I hope not. Its only happened twice. Today and about a two months ago. It starts acting up out of nowhere and then goes away. Is it electrical? I thought installing a grounding kit would fix these bugs but it hasn't had any effect. I didn't think mechanical issues had these kinds of characteristics. Would a transmission flush be a good idea or should I just take it to a shop and say fix it.

Have you checked your tranny oil level (warmed up and ran through all the gears) and condition? sounds simple but that level needs to be within range.
Would not recommend a flush. Maybe a drain and refill but I would not start spending money on a fix until you know what the issue is.
If you go to a shop and say "fix it" you would be surprised as to what they find.

Levels are good, doesn't smell burnt and looks clean, hard to tell what color it is almost looks clear with a pinkish tone.

I would take a look at the iacv, when mine broke I could just tap the gas and it would rev up to 3k at times by it self. Under light throttle the auto tranny is expecting to shift at 2000 rpm at 21% throttle(example). With the broken iacv your throttle is still at 21% but now your rpms go higher than when you would normaly hold the pedal in the same position, so when the computer thinks it's time to shift, it tries to shift but jerks because of the unexpected rpm rise.
