Is this just a bad radiator, or did something else cause it? The engine is not overheating, and the coolant level is acceptable.

 

Looks like it's time for a new radiator.

 

that hood release cable should be replaced as well. thought you had a stick under the hood at first.

Looks great Turbobink! It always does. You've got to tell us about the cable conduit and coupling that runs on top of the VC. I see you are using Nissan OEM hose clamps.

Those clamps are so easy to use. Just put them into position, then release clip and you're done.

 

Ya what's up with the extra wiring do-dad Turbobink.? You are in CS AR's league for engine bay cleanliness.

 

He keeps his like that. The inside of his engine looks like that too. Mine are a carbon and corroded up mess when I get them.

 

Since Maximaxi is not loosing coolant, I think there is time to plan and shop around for a new radiator, hoses, clamps and other items needed to keep a cooling problem at bay.

 

Grounding kit ... I just covered the assemblies with wire loom and routed things a little different.
