Input Shaft Bearing or TO Bearing issue?

I recently got the clutch replaced by Indy shop locally. I should've told them to crack the tranny open and change the input shaft bearings while they were doing it, but it was such a bad experience with them already that I just wanted the car back.

Now 1000 miles later, I started hearing this ticking noise from my driver side undercarriage on 1st gear under both acceleration and deceleration. 2nd gear is fine. If I pressed the clutch pedal the noise went away, soon as I engaged the gear the noise came back. At idle, I can also hear more or less rattle rather than ticking. Same thing happened, if I pressed the clutch pedal, the rattle went away.

I'm thinking this is Input Shaft Bearing rather than TO bearing, or could it be both.

In this video, you could tell that the rattle went away every time I pressed my squeaky clutch pedal.

What do you guys think?

Also, I'd like to DIY this since I can have afford to have the car sitting now If any of you have done this and can share the experience, tools needed, and part list that would be awesome.

So far this is the only "kit" I've found searching the web.

As far as DIY info, I've searched around and didn't really find any DIY specifically for our car.

Thanks
