Pending P1800 question.

The project 03 Maxima is back together. It's registered and running what I thought was pretty well. After a maiden voyage down the highway I check the codes and am getting a pending code of P 1800 so I'm assuming I'm going to fail inspection. Some Googling says it's a part that I can get on eBay for anywhere between $12 and $150? Would prefer to use the $12 eBay part if that's okay. And another question is does the connection look okay I've had this engine completely apart. And finally there are many friends on here but no one confirms that this is the fix. Thank you

Here's the VIAS vacuum routing, I think your hoses are correct.

Thank you! Resolved with a $12 valve and $10 of 5/16 hose.
