clutch master cylinder quick fix

the other day my clutch pedal lost pressure and the fluid was full. when i pulled the reservoir cap off it was real hard to take off, I can only assume the seal is swollen. so i pumped the pedal a bit and the pressure came back. about half an hour later the pressure dropped again. i ended up just drilling a vent hole in the center of the cap and cut a circular hole in the seal right under the hole drilled into the pump. its been 3 days since i did this and I haven't had any issues so far. no fluid leaking out from the top of the cap either....

It'll work until it absorbs a lot of moisture and then bye bye pressure when you need it.

Trash stock clutch line and bleed it, then seal that hole.

this is temporary and just for testing, just wanted to make sure the cap really was the issue. will be picking a new one up at Nissan as soon as I get a chance to stop by...
