Rim size question!

Hello, I bought an 05 Maxima with 22" rims. Unfortunately, the wheels rub.. it has the Accuair suspension kit installed but even with the suspension all the way raised, it still rubs the fender liner in the front. Nevertheless, I'm looking into getting smaller wheels. I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether or not XXR 527 18x8.75 +35 rims would fit. Also, a recommendation on tire size if they do. Someone local is selling them for a steal and I don't want to jump the gun on it if it's not going to work. Thank you for your help! Here's the link for the rims:

I'm also looking at switching up my OEM rims (peeling & 1 is cracked) on my 04 maxima. I found a new set off a newer maxima which fits our cars for $500 on Amazon. The offset is 50 mm instead of the 35 mm though so i hope thats not an issue. What do you think?

New rims installed

I finally got the new rims & had them installed at my local tire shop with new tires & alignment but now I'm getting a little shimmy in steering wheel when driving over 50mph. the tire shop made me replace lug nuts when they installed cause the 2004 factory rim I had used a diffrent type, They said these rims require the lugs that have the washer/ring on the end. Has anyone gone through this while changing rims?
