How do I depressurize the fuel??

How do I depressurize the fuel??

I wanna attempt to install my Fuel pressure gauge..

I was reading the intructions and came accross the pressure warning..
Does anyone know how I can depressurize the fuel??

Pull the fuse from the fuel pump and crank it til it wont start...then slowly relieve any remaining pressure when the fittings are removed for the hose to filter.
