How to adjust alternator belt with the dam Blower in the way?

Well, How would I adjust the alternator belt with absolutely no room to manuever. Stupid blower!!!!... :mad
My alternator squeeks like a banshee on crack. What's weird is it only happens at night when the headlights are on.
I'm not sure if it's my alternator gone bad or just the belt.. Could be the pulley too.. Just wanted take it one step at a time diagnosing the problem..

get under the car, remove the liner...

loosen the pulley tensioner bolt

go up top, use an extension/ratchet with a swiveling socket/joint, adjust the belt

tighten the pulley tensioner bolt

Put the liner back on

Wow, if your alternator pulley is squealing just from turning the lights on, how on earth are you developing any boost? It takes a lot more power to turn the blower than it does to turn the alternator.
