To NOS or not to NOS that is the question!

Hmmm I was debating whether or not this should go in the NOS forum. I have the NOS bug again! I decided against it when I put on my turbo, now I am thinking about it again. What do you boosted guys think? Should I keep my boost "pure" or turn on the laughing gas? I have had this darned NOS kit sitting in my garage for about a year now!

Go for it man, I say install it and just use it at the track/dyno and for those rare occasions when you find yourself up against another fast car. Ohh ya when are you gonna dyno with the 60-1, cause id like to see it man.

Install it, but only do a 20-40hp shot. The intercooling effect is what you are realy after. The spooling effect will also help your turbo out. But, slicks should be used, otherwise forgetaboutit!

put it on a window switch and use it to help out with the spooling of the 60-1. I mean when are you really gonna be in a situation that you are gonna need it? a supra tt that is modded? or maybe a modded vette?

I can already keep up with Vettes! I probably need it to spool the turbo. I was told to go with a 10 or 15 shot (special jets for motorcycles) I'll probably do that!

I wouldnt recommend it, remember we have 10:1 compression and the turbo is scary enough.

yes but he wont be full boosting and spraying at the same time i do not think, you are using it to spool the 60-1 correct? if so , I say do it, but like you said keep it a small shot somewhere between 15-25 is what i would think...
