What's the difference between a Garrett T04e Turbo ...and a T4/TO4E turbo

 

Same Turbo..

Kev had the Turbonetics one .. I have the Garret one..

 

T4 is the turbine side... it may not be safe to assume a T04E compressor is paired up with a T4 turbine since hybrid turbos are so popular... i.e. T3/T04E.

Sprite... show me yours and I'll show you mine.

Thanks guys for the responds... Im a little confused with what Kev had to say. But what I understand is there pretty much the same....no difference in performance?

Sprint, how do you like it? Isent off the line slower then lets say a t3/t04 but a T4 has more top end?

 

Does the turbo say Garret or Turbonetics on it? (how else can you tell which is which?)
