Oil pressure or temp?
They are both kinda important.
Temp: If you put it right after the charger, you can see if the oil is nearing coking temperature.
Pressure: You will blow your charger with inadequate oil pressure, and can tell if there is a oil line problem because the oil pressure will be higher.

Both would be nice
But if I had to pick one, I'll say pressure. Pressure is the life source for engines, no/low pressures (along with others) eqaul bad things. I've heard in the pass that the oil temp is more accurate method of monitoring the eng temp when compared to coolant. How true is that, I'll probably never get to find out.

I'm pretty sure that's why Stillen recommends that you don't boost for 5 minutes after the coolant is up to normal temp. Gives your oil a chance to catch up.
