Racing fuel

ANybody run Racing fuel in here with da boost. 106,110,115 Octane anything like that.

If so do you feel the difference, run funny/different. Have you dyno tested it to see the result.

Curious to see.

My understanding is that racing fuel doesn't produce any more power, but because of the higher octane rating, it allows you to create more power without detonation. I see a lot of turbo guys using it at the track so they can crank up the boost...

I used a bit last year while using nitrous, but that was because I was going to run out of gas otherwise. Noticed no difference in feel or times.

With a SC you can't "turn up the boost" at the track, so if you were producing the power to need racing fuel, you'd have to use it all the time. I would think the only application for SC guys would be when spraying as well (ala Mardi...). Turbo guys, on the other hand, may be able to get more out of the car with it.
