Manual Boost controller or New wastegate spring?

Manual Boost controller or New wastegate spring?
I am debating this now. I ordered a POS manual boost controller and it will not go below 10-12 PSI.
I want 7-8 PSI up from the 5 PSI I am seeing now.
If I get the 9 PSI spring that should do me.
What I am MOSTLY concered about is boost creep. I am about to go to the 8:1 FMU and if I boost more than 8 PSI I might have a serious problem.
I am looking at an Air Tool controller as my boost controller, the rx7 guys dig them
Just curious what the general opinon is??
And the price is $15 for both
