It's almost time for me to get my smog check and I'm wondering how all of you FI guys get by..especially those of you who're in California. Thanks

Your kit is CARB legal (minus the Y which you should swap and the pulley which they probably won't check)

Some people said they passed w/o removing the Y (so the tech was lazy)... I failed and am now a gross polluter for life... but I think it was because the mechanic idled my car for like 30 minutes without a fan(taking care of another customer)

I passed with full exhaust and 3.25" Pulley.

But I've got the Cartech tuning that A/F perfectly....12.5:1

imo, tell the smog test person to run some pretests that won't be sent out.. that way if you don't pass the first time you won't get gross pollutor

Yeah, there is that option..just a little more expensive or something i think. So Chung, what happens if you become a gross polluter? There's a chance I might join you hehe.

take off the SC belt. you will pass visual since your kit is CARB approved.
