NGK no longer makes BKR7E-11's?

I tried to get some this afternoon. The parts guy said he didn't have any listing for NGK BKR7E-11 plugs. He had a listing for BKR7VEX, or something like that, but they have been discontinued. He could not find any listing for a copper plug two steps colder than the BKR5E except the discontinued series.

Has anyone else tried to get some BKR7E's lately?

Just got some last week. Just ask for BKR7E never mind the -11 you don't want them gapped at .042 thou anyway.

Best place I find with quickest response is here:

Yeah, I asked him for any BKR7 plug and his NGK plug list didn't have anything. I'm very puzzled, since this particular auto parts store is very reputable and the parts guy is an old timer who really knows his stuff. But thanks for the web site. I'll check em out.
